At ALENCIA, we aim to deliver your orders safely, securely, and within the promised timelines. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, tracked, and delivered. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

Shipping Timelines

Orders placed on the ALENCIA website are typically processed within 2–4 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Once dispatched, domestic deliveries usually take 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location and service availability.

Delivery timelines may vary for remote areas or during high-volume periods such as sales, festive seasons, or promotional campaigns. Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are indicative and not guaranteed.

Processing Time

  • Ready-to-Ship:Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours from our Ahmedabad warehouse.
  • Custom/Made-to-Order:These items require 10–15 business days for crafting before dispatch.

Delivery Timelines

  • Metros (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore):3–5 business days.
  • Rest of India:5–7 business days.
  • Gujarat (Local):1–3 business days.

Shipping Charges & Insurance

  • We offer Free Shippingon orders above ₹ 999/-
  • For high-value silver items, we provide Complimentary Transit Insurance. Our liability ends once the package is marked “Delivered” by the courier partner.

Delays & External Factors

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. These include but are not limited to weather conditions, logistical issues, strikes, regulatory restrictions, customs clearance, or unforeseen courier disruptions.

ALENCIA shall not be held responsible for delays caused by such external factors. However, our support team will assist you with tracking updates and resolution wherever possible.

Return-Linked Shipping

In cases where a return is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, shipping arrangements will be handled as per our Return & Refund Policy. Depending on the situation, reverse pickup may be arranged or customers may be required to ship the product back.

If a return is initiated for reasons other than an error on our part, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Delivery Partners

ALENCIA works with reliable third-party courier and logistics partners to ensure safe and efficient delivery. The choice of delivery partner is determined based on serviceability, location, and operational efficiency.

Once an order is handed over to the courier partner, ALENCIA does not have direct control over delivery timelines but will provide support in case of delays or issues.

Order Tracking

After dispatch, customers will receive tracking details via email or SMS using the contact information provided at checkout. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect once the order is shipped.

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress and ensuring availability to receive the package at the delivery address.

Packaging & Unboxing

All orders are packed securely to prevent damage during transit. ALENCIA uses tamper-proof packaging to ensure product safety and authenticity.

Customers are strongly advised to record an uninterrupted unboxing video at the time of delivery. This video is mandatory for raising claims related to damaged, missing, or incorrect products, as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

Order Verification & Cancellation

ALENCIA reserves the right to verify orders before dispatch. This may include confirming customer details or payment verification. Orders that fail verification or appear suspicious may be cancelled at our discretion.

Order cancellations are permitted only before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the Return & Refund Policy if applicable.

Non-delivery

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable, a re-shipping fee will be charged to the customer.
